**Please note if you have a shortcut created for the i-notice program or APR you will need to create a new short cut.

If your username and password were auto saved and you do not know the username and password you will need to reset the password.  If you try more than three times the system will lock you out.

If you know your IVR aka Positive Response ID, you can always enter your APR responses by calling 888-344-4377.
